Beautiful, one bedroom port side apartment

1 bedroom apartment with separate bathroom and WC. Sleeps 2-4

The apartment has been re-furbished to a very high standard. It is beautifully sunny and quiet whilst being ideally located to explore Nice. The front door of the apartment building opens directly on to the port side. The nearest beach is just a short stroll away. The apartment is equipped with everything to make your stay easy and relaxing including air conditioning which is essential in the summer.

The apartment is perfectly located on the Port of Nice. Outside the front door of the apartment building you will be met with the fantastic sight of some of the worlds finest yachts moored next to traditional Nicois fishing boats. The port is one of the best areas in Nice for eating out. There is a wide selection of restaurants within just a short distance. The nearest beach is approximately 300 meters away. There are bars and night clubs nearby but not too near that they disturb the peace and quiet.  Several main bus routes pass by the port, just a short walk from the apartment. This makes the rest of Nice very easy to get to. Nice is a perfect base from which to explore the rest of the Cote d'Azur and the Italian Riviera. The bus to Monaco stops just 300 meters from the apartment and runs every 20 minutes.

Rates are fully inclusive of cleaning, bed linen and towels.

Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance.

Notes to the rental rates
Rental periods during peak times are Saturday to Saturday. Off peak periods are flexible and longer or shorter stays negotiable. 

Note - approximate dates: Nice Carnival 2nd & 3rd week of February, Cannes film festival 2nd & 3rd week of May, Monaco Grand Prix last weekend in May, Monaco Historic Grand Prix 3rd weekend in May.

Notes: The apartment is fully equipped with cooking and dining equipment, linen, towels and everything else we could think off to ensure you have a comfortable stay. There is a DVD player with a selection of classic movies. The bedding consists of one double bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is on the fourth floor with an elevator.
